After your initial onboarding, you'll attend a two-week induction at our head office in Salzburg, Austria, where you'll get hands-on experience and meet colleagues from across Europe.
What You'll Do
Support the design, configuration, and delivery of industrial automation and SCADA solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical implementations.
Assist with system testing, documentation, and technical support activities.
Engage with clients, contribute to discussions, and help drive successful project outcomes.
Continue developing your technical skills through mentorship, training, and on-the-job experience.
Required Skills & Knowledge
Essential
Degree-qualified in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Development. (graduates with relevant project or placement experience also considered).
Proactive and driven, with a positive "can-do" attitude and strong ownership of tasks.
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Keen interest in technology, automation, and problem-solving.
Confident communicator -- able to explain ideas clearly and engage at a technical level.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for customer visits and trade shows.
Ability to travel internationally (valid passport required for induction in Austria).
Eligibility to work in the UK (we are unable to provide visa sponsorship).
Desirable
Familiarity with Industrial Automation, PLCs, HMI, or SCADA systems -- or a final-year project involving control or software systems.
Interest in HMI/SCADA software, networking, Windows OS, Visual Basic, and SQL Server.
Programming experience in C#, WPF, and ASP.NET, including SQL database integration (essential for service delivery roles).
Experience in customer support or working in a technical client-facing role.
