Your Role
As a Graduate Technical Engineer, you will:
Assist in the design and development of high-quality timber products using CAD software
Support the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, including CNC programming
Participate in product testing and quality assurance
Help maintain accurate technical documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards
Collaborate across departments to support bespoke customer requests and technical problem-solving
What We're Looking For
Essential:
A degree (or expected degree) in mechanical, industrial, architectural, or a related engineering field
A strong interest in product design, manufacturing, or sustainable construction
Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office
Excellent attention to detail and an ability to interpret technical drawings
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A proactive, curious mindset and a willingness to learn
Desirable:
Experience with CNC programming or timber product design (even as part of a project or placement)
Familiarity with the construction or building products sector
