Graduate Sponsorship Sales Executive Opportunity - Salary: 25k - 30K depending on experience, OTE Year 1 35-60K+ (Uncapped Commission)
Global Insight Conferences require a graduate to join their exciting business development team in London Bridge/Southwark.
The successful graduate will be goal-oriented, hardworking, have excellent attention to detail with great communication skills and be excited to hit the phones and find new business.
This sponsorship role with uncapped commission, includes:
Researching new topics and industries and leads.
Identifying the key sectors to sell into.
Account management of current clients.
Creating a sales database.
Marketing, copywriting and proofing.
Cold-calling new sales leads.
Writing bespoke sponsorship packages.
Client meetings.
Running the conference and exceeding clients' expectations on the actual day at the conference.
You will need to have:
A passion for live and virtual business events
A professional, calm, courteous and friendly manner
A commercial mind and determination to succeed
An excellent eye for detail and be good at proof reading
A pro-active, positive and 'can do' attitude
An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Maturity, versatility and a good team player
Problem solving, self-motivation and initiative
A strong academic record. - minimum 2.1 degree required and As and Bs at A Level.
