To be eligible for the Programme, candidates must be:


Bermudian; A university graduate with at minimum a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; Intelligent and well-spoken with a strong business sense; Able to produce written and oral presentations effectively; Committed to a career in financial regulation for three years post completion of the Graduate Training Programme; 21 years or older.
