Spirit Solar Ltd is a renewable energy company based in Reading. We install on-grid and off-grid solar PV, battery storage and EV chargers on residential and commercial buildings.

You don't need to know anything about the industry, we will train you! We offer a fast growing and fun environment full of young people.

We have a vacancy for a bright articulate graduate to join our project management, system design, and technical team.

You will learn how to project manage both domestic and commercial solar PV and battery storage systems, including:

system design (panel lay-out, electrical design, mounting system design, use of PVSOL software, Sketch-up and CAD); project planning; liaison with customers, installers, scaffolders, sub-contractors; health and safety, risk assessments etc; preparation of handover packs, inspection, testing and compliance paperwork.
Ideally you should be a graduate with a minimum 2.1 degree with a scientific, engineering or mathematical bias, able to demonstrate numeracy and a high level of attention to detail.

You should be able to write clearly and concisely. In addition you must be presentable and articulate with a cheerful disposition and a confident telephone and in person manner.

You don't need to know anything about the systems yet - we will train you. You do need to be able to drive once trained and able to visit customers.

You must also be hard working and efficient, and have the ability to grasp a reasonable level of technical information.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 26,000.00-32,000.00 per year
