We're looking for an ambitious, motivated graduate to join our Graduate programme to undertake a two-year project to develop our current training and development activities, processes and systems, from what we use today into a new centralised electronic training platform fit for the future.

Based at the Group's Shared Service Centre on the Foyle Omagh site the successful candidate will work closely with the Group H&S Manager, HR Manager and Technical Manager to take current site-based paper-training systems and develop these into standardised electronic training systems with centralised training matrices.

3rd level education with strong links in H&S / HR / Food Safety / Business studies
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong IT skills in a range of platforms
Ability to travel throughout the Group
