About the Role
------------------
This role provides high-quality support to the Transformation function in delivering strategic initiatives across the group. It plays a key part in ensuring effective project management, coordination, and data-driven analysis to enable successful execution of transformation programs.
As part of a dynamic and high-impact team, this position offers strong opportunities for career progression, with exposure to senior stakeholders, cross-functional projects, and the chance to grow into broader transformation or programme leadership roles.
What success looks like:
Transformation initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to scope.
Stakeholders are well-informed and engaged throughout the programme lifecycle.
PMO processes are followed consistently, and risks are proactively managed.
The Transformation function is effectively supported in driving strategic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, tracking, and reporting on transformation projects and workstreams.
Support the preparation of project documentation including plans, RAID logs, and status reports.
Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications.
Maintain programme governance frameworks and ensure compliance with reporting standards.
Track milestones, dependencies, and risks across multiple initiatives.
Support resource planning and budget tracking activities.
Conduct analysis to support decision-making, including options analysis and benefits tracking
Prepare dashboards and presentations for senior stakeholders.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data interpretation.
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to gather inputs and ensure alignment.
Support change management and communication activities.
You will, from time to time, be required to undertake other activities that fall within your capabilities as directed by management.
About You

Specialist Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
Essential:
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present insights clearly.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Desirable:
Experience in a project support, PMO, or transformation role within a corporate environment.
Experience working with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, DevOps)
Familiarity with financial services or platform/advice/DFM businesses is a plus.
