Wigmore Vets is a friendly, small animal practice located in Gillingham, Kent - a vibrant town on the River Medway. With direct train links to London and convenient motorway access, Gillingham offers the perfect mix of countryside charm and urban connectivity. You'll find plenty to enjoy locally, from leisure facilities and country parks to nature reserves and walking trails.

Our friendly and experienced team includes two Vets, twelve RVNs, and a brilliant administrative team who all work closely together. One of our Vets is currently studying for a Certificate in Soft Tissue Surgery, highlighting our passion for learning and development. You'll be supported every step of the way by our VetGDP Advisor, your personal mentor, and our wider clinical team - plus you'll receive dedicated one-to-one surgical mentoring to help you build your skills and confidence.

We're well-equipped with everything you need to deliver great clinical care, including digital dental x-rays, ultrasound, ECG, an in-house lab, digital x-rays, and blood pressure monitoring -- plus plenty more to help you develop your skills and provide the best for your patients.

This role offers an average 41.75-hour working week, typically over four 10-hour days, giving you a great work-life balance. You'll also take part in our shared weekend rota.
