Shield Vets is a friendly small animal practice based in Bishop's Waltham - a charming market town nestled in the Hampshire countryside near the South Downs National Park. The location offers stunning scenery, beautiful countryside walks, and a vibrant selection of local shops and cafes. Excellent transport links make it easy to get around, with local buses and a train station just 10 minutes away providing direct connections to London.

Our supportive team includes five Vets and eight Nurses working across our two practices, alongside a dedicated administrative team. We're proud of the diverse range of experience within the team - from recently qualified Vets to those with over 25 years in practice. Our facilities are well equipped with modern technology, including ultrasound, digital and dental X-ray, an in-house laboratory (haematology and biochemistry), microscope, and more. We're also proud to hold a Feline Practice certificate.

You will work 39 hours per week over four 9.5-hour days with a fixed day off a week. You will be part of our Saturday rota working 1 in 4 Saturday mornings 08:00 - 12:00.
