About the 100 Missions

We're on a mission -- actually

100 of them

-- to make

work, money, and life more accessible for everyone.

Each mission tackles a real challenge: from helping young people land their first job, to boosting financial confidence, to making workplaces kinder and more inclusive.

To capture and share these stories, we're looking for a creative Graduate Videographer & Editor who can film and edit compelling content. You'll follow our founders and team through their journeys -- documenting moments, events, and everyday work -- and transform them into standout videos for social platforms and campaigns.

The Role

As our Graduate Videographer & Editor, you'll own the

full video pipeline

: from filming live, unscripted moments to editing polished, platform-ready content.

You'll spend time with the team on the ground capturing action, energy, and atmosphere, then shape it into short-form clips, mini-documentaries, and campaign assets that bring our story to life.

You don't need to be a seasoned pro, but you must have a natural feel for storytelling, a strong editing instinct, and the drive to keep improving.

What You'll Do

Videography

Capture day-to-day behind-the-scenes content of the founders, team, and events Set up and operate cameras, audio, and basic lighting for shoots (mostly agile, low-crew setups) Record both candid and planned footage -- knowing when to blend into the background and when to step in for key shots Travel with the team when needed to capture on-location stories

Editing

Edit short-form video content optimised for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn Cut and adapt footage into longer-form edits when needed (e.g., event highlights, case studies) Add captions, motion graphics, and simple effects to make videos pop Source and sync appropriate music, sound effects, and transitions to fit the story Repurpose existing footage into new edits, montages, and social-first assets

Workflow & Collaboration

Manage and organise video assets, ensuring footage is backed up and accessible Maintain a tidy workflow from raw footage to final exports Work closely with the social media manager to align video with campaigns, trends, and posting schedules Keep up with editing trends, platform updates, and new tools to keep our content sharp and relevant

What We're Looking For

Strong storytelling instincts -- you know how to capture and cut content that keeps people watching Confidence behind a camera (DSLR, mirrorless, or even high-end smartphone rigs) Editing skills using tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Understanding of social-first video formats (aspect ratios, pacing, captions, sound-driven edits) Organised with media management -- you can label, sort, and deliver files without chaos Reliable and proactive -- you don't wait for a script, you find the story Comfortable working at speed in high-energy environments Bonus: experience with motion graphics, colour grading, or audio mixing

What You'll Get

The opportunity to shape and share the journey of 100 social missions A strong portfolio of end-to-end video projects across major platforms Mentorship and guidance in both videography and editing craft The chance to experiment creatively and see your work published to thousands A supportive, ambitious team who value your eye, input, and craf
