At GRAHAM, we are committed to growth and innovation. As our business continues to expand, we are seeking an enthusiastic Apprentice Site Manager to join our Building Division. In this role, you'll be part of the site delivery team, supporting the management of fast-paced Construction projects. Under the guidance of experienced site managers, you'll gain hands-on experience in health and safety, site coordination, subcontractor management, and quality control, while working towards a fully funded, industry-recognised Higher Apprenticeship qualification.

Key Responsibilities:


Assist in overseeing daily on-site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Work closely with the Site Management team to learn all aspects of site management including project planning, staff supervision, and quality control. Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and site personnel. Contribute to the management of project resources and materials. Help in maintaining accurate project documentation and site reports. Participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills. Ensure that all construction activities

Technical Competencies




Essential




Currently studying, or planning to undertake, a higher or degree-level education course in a construction-related discipline Strong interest in developing a career in Site Management. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach with the ability to problem-solve effectively. Must be willing to travel throughout the UK

Desirable




Basic knowledge of construction practices and safety regulations. Experience in a construction related environment CSCS card Full UK Driving Licence

TECHNICAL APPRENTICESHIP





Technical Apprenticeships are available at a number of entry points from GCSE, A Level or BTEC awards, we are currently seeking to recruit individuals hoping to transition onto a Higher-Level or Degree Level Apprenticeship, which are offered from Level 4 to Level 7.



A Higher Apprenticeship provides a structured pathway to develop your skills while earning a nationally recognised qualification. You'll gain valuable hands-on experience in the workplace alongside dedicated study time, with all training costs fully funded. These programmes offer a clear route to professional body membership and can lead to rewarding careers.



Successful candidates are expected to join the company from June 2026 onwards. This applies to those seeking graduate roles, industrial placements, or apprenticeship opportunities.
