As a Trainee Site Manager, you'll be joining a business that believes in nurturing talent and building careers from the ground up. You'll be part of our operations team, supporting the delivery of construction projects from start to finish. Working closely with experienced site managers and project teams, you will be diving into real projects, gaining practical skills while strengthening your theoretical knowledge and supporting the delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing daily on-site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Work closely with the Site Management team to learn all aspects of site management including project planning, staff supervision, and quality control.
Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and site personnel.
Contribute to the management of project resources and materials.
Help in maintaining accurate project documentation and site reports.
Participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.

TECHNICAL APPRENTICESHIP
Technical Apprenticeships are available at a number of entry points from GCSE, A Level or BTEC awards, we are currently seeking to recruit individuals hoping to transition onto a Higher-Level or Degree Level Apprenticeship, which are offered from Level 4 to Level 7.
A Higher Apprenticeship provides a structured pathway to develop your skills while earning a nationally recognised qualification. You'll gain valuable hands-on experience in the workplace alongside dedicated study time, with all training costs fully funded. These programmes offer a clear route to professional body membership and can lead to rewarding careers.
GRADUATES
We offer a two year programme which focuses on developing your technical and interpersonal skills. In addition, a structured, mentored training programme, aligned to a recognised professional qualification, will set you on the pathway to chartership. Through early responsibility you'll learn quickly on challenging projects with the opportunity for fast track career advancement.
INDUSTRIAL PLACEMENTS
Our industrial placements can last from 3-12 months, dependent on your college/university curriculum. On your placement you will be given the support, guidance and experience which will lay the foundations for a great future in Site Management.
