Hours: Monday - Friday, part time, 30 hours per week, 12 noon - 6pm but can be flexible with hours

12.21 per hour

Hello, I'm Paula, the Nursery Manager at Grantham.


With over 30 years of experience in early years--including 7 years as a nursery manager--I lead a passionate and dedicated team committed to providing the very best play and learning experiences for our children.

About you

You have a solid understanding of Health and Safety regulations and COSHH and you're looking for a new role in a fun, friendly team, where you can thrive and make the most of your culinary skills.

What you'll be doing

As a Cleaner, you will maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the nursery setting. Following the cleaning schedule, you will ensure all areas are kept clean, tidy, safe and well cared for. Your role will involve managing cleaning materials and supplies, in line with health and safety guidelines, following the latest child protection and health and safety legislation.


You will work closely with the educator team to ensure any issues impacting daily operations are reported and dealt with quickly, effectively and safely.

What you'll need

Experience in a similar role Enthusiasm and high standards of cleanliness An excellent understanding of basic hygiene and cleanliness Understanding of Health and Safety regulations and COSHH Understands the importance of safeguarding and site security
