Job Description

The Graphic and Multimedia Designer will play a key role in supporting our consultancy's visual communication and digital branding needs. The position involves creating professional, innovative, and engaging designs to enhance our company's presentations, reports, marketing materials, and online presence. The role requires close collaboration with our management and IT teams to translate complex business and technical concepts into clear, impactful visuals.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Design and develop visual content for digital and print media, including brochures, reports, presentations, and online platforms. Create and edit graphics, layouts, videos, and animations for marketing and consultancy projects. Support digital transformation initiatives through visually appealing and data-driven presentations. Develop infographics, data visuals, and dashboards to simplify analytical and business information. Maintain a consistent brand identity across all digital and physical materials. Collaborate with management, marketing, and IT teams to align visuals with strategic objectives. Design and manage social media and website content, ensuring aesthetic and functional consistency. Stay updated on design trends, digital tools, and emerging multimedia technologies. Ensure all creative work meets quality standards and complies with company guidelines.
Skills and Qualifications Required

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent qualification) in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent design software. Understanding of digital branding, user interface (UI), and user experience (UX) principles. Experience in video editing, motion graphics, and digital marketing design preferred. Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines. Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
