Job Description

Are you an emerging designer looking to build your portfolio, gain real-world experience and work on creative briefs with purpose? We're offering a remote, volunteer-based creative learning placement for a talented early-career or student designer with a strong eye for visual storytelling and clean, modern design.

You'll work with our team on real client and studio projects -- and enter into our commission scheme for any work you contribute to that results in a successful contract. Along the way, you'll gain feedback, mentorship, portfolio-ready work and a professional reference to support your next steps.

This is a creative learning placement with a volunteer based model. It's not a salaried job or formal internship, but a flexible opportunity to learn, grow and contribute -- with real experience and income potential.

Designing visual assets for articles, client projects, and digital content Supporting layout and design on our website and selected client sites Visualising complex topics in sleek, accessible ways alongside writers Helping with brand upgrades, campaign launches and special design features Exploring animation, motion, and subtle interactive enhancements (if relevant) Developing templates, decks or modular design systems with guidance from our team
