Role Information:
Design marketing collateral including brochures, banners and displays, and social media content.
Refresh and update content on the website and existing brochures.
Create engaging visuals for promotional campaigns.
Create simple animations and edit videos for online and digital content.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring compliance with brand, copyright, and GDPR standards.
Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, events, and exhibitions.
Support rebrand initiatives and ensure consistent application across all channels.
Maintain accurate records and version control of design assets.
Monitor design trends and competitor activity to keep branding fresh.
Assist with creating and scheduling post content to social media platforms.
Collaborate with teams on promotional campaigns.
Assist with marketing content and event coordination.
Liaise with suppliers for product imagery and information.
Essential skills/qualifications:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro).
Experience designing for both digital and print, with a digital bias.
Strong understanding of branding and visual storytelling.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Good written communication skills for marketing and social content.
Skills/qualifications desired but not essential:
Desirable: photography skills and experience within interiors or construction sectors.
Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing fundamentals.
Desirable: Degree or diploma in Graphic Design.
