Graphic Creative Designer

Enderby, ENG, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

About Us:

Here at Impact, we specialise in bringing retail design strategies to life, with passion, innovation and strategic insight. From full store environments through to the mass roll out of temporary displays, our creatives and craftsman work hard to transform briefs into tangible realities.

A bit more about us:

We're an end-to-end creative agency - curious, insightful, honest, and innovative, but at the very heart of it, we're the friendly creatives. We have no egos here, just a common purpose to create innovative and engaging experiences.

Our 59,000 sqft facility is complete with client services, creatives, technicians and production which means we have full autonomy over each of our projects. No need to outsource, it's all right here in-house.

We've designed and implemented digital innovation for some leading brands, including lift and learn technology, as well as the iconic No Strings Attached campaign for ghd.

While many agencies might shout about this, we live and breathe retail, from our creative strategy through to crafted manufacturing, we really do it all!

The Opportunity:

We're looking for a Creative Graphic Designer to join our talented studio team. The role will support one of our core clients with highly creative graphic design ideas, alongside the opportunity to work across exciting temporary and permanent POS projects for a wide range of brands. We want this to be a role you can help to build, demonstrating what great graphic design expertise can do to enhance our creative output.

Reporting to the Creative Director, you'll deliver high-impact creative solutions, collaborate with colleagues across departments, and help drive projects from concept to completion.

We are recruiting across midweight and senior levels, so if you're passionate about graphic design and have the desire to build the role within the team, then, we'd love to hear from you.

The Team:

We have a team of 8 permanently employed Creative Designers from a variety of backgrounds to support a wide range of projects, fluctuating with freelance support to covers spikes in workload, holidays and if we need a different skillset. We build the team to suit the project. This position would be the only pure graphical creative within the team, hence our desire to find someone who has the skills and personality to build that role and show the team how great graphic design can uplift our creative responses.

Overall, we have circa 110 employees working across the business and your team will be part of a wider Design team which is also responsible for Artwork and Development Design.

We look for opportunities to make it a nice place to work. Some examples of things we do, if you join us...

Valentines' day heart cookies

Easter Eggs

Free ice-creams from the ice-cream van in the summer

Halloween treats

Well-being walks
