About the Opportunity

Are you passionate about design and visual storytelling?

We're looking for a

Graphic Design Apprentice

to join our creative team and bring ideas to life through bold visuals, digital artwork, and brand-led design.

You'll gain hands-on experience producing real-world design assets -- from social media graphics and campaign materials to print layouts and brand identities -- all while working towards your

Level 3 Content Creator apprenticeship qualification.

What You'll Learn and Do

As part of your day-to-day role, you'll:

Design engaging graphics for social media, web, and print Support brand consistency across marketing and communication materials Work with creative briefs to develop visual concepts and layouts Use tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma Collaborate with content, marketing, and media teams on campaign projects Receive feedback and refine designs to meet professional standards

Training and Support

You'll be enrolled on the

Level 3 Content Creator Apprenticeship

, delivered by

The Michael Streete Foundation (MSFDN)

-- combining real workplace experience with structured professional training.

You'll benefit from:

12-18 months of guided learning led by creative industry experts Mentorship and feedback on live design projects Ongoing portfolio development and employability support

Who We're Looking For

No previous design experience is required -- just creativity, curiosity, and the motivation to learn.

Ideal candidates will:

Have a passion for visual communication and storytelling Be familiar with or keen to learn design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva Have a strong eye for detail, colour, and composition Be open to feedback and eager to develop new skills Be proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple design tasks
