We're Glenbrook, a property company specialising in development, investment and asset management. We have already delivered 700m of schemes across the UK, predominately in the residential Build to Rent market. Our work has resulted in 2,000 new homes at schemes like Vox, Trilogy, and Duet in Manchester, High Definition at MediaCityUK, and the Keel in Liverpool; looking to the future, we have a pipeline of 2,750+ homes.

Who are you?



We're looking for a creative and detail-driven individual with strong graphic design skills and a passion for branding. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, you can confidently produce high-quality brochures, presentations, and digital assets. Organised, proactive, and collaborative, you work well across teams and can manage multiple projects to deliver consistent, engaging visual communications.

Role Overview



We are seeking a creative and highly motivated Graphic Design Manager to join our team of 25 people in central Manchester. The Graphic Design Manager will play a key role in shaping how our businesses, brands and developments are visually communicated across various platforms.

This role blends hands-on design with marketing execution. You will produce high-quality design materials--including brochures, bid decks, presentations, and digital assets--while also supporting the Marketing & Social Media Co-ordinator with collateral.

Salary: 29k - 31k (dependent on experience), plus bonus and benefits and 29 days holiday (25 days holiday allowance, birthday & days between Christmas & New Year).

Location & Hours: 9-5:30, five days a week with one hour for lunch. Based in our city centre office, located directly across from Manchester Town Hall.

Experience: 2-3 years in a design related field.

What You'll Be Doing:



Graphic Design



Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all touchpoints. Create visually compelling sales and letting brochures, pitch/bid decks, presentations, and marketing collateral for both corporate and project-level needs. Develop digital assets for web & social media. Prepare files for print and liaise with external printers and suppliers as needed.

Line Management



Providing day-to-day leadership, support and guidance for the Marketing & Social Media Co-ordinator.

Managing workloads, delegating tasks effectively, and ensuring project deadlines are met.

Communicating team goals, priorities, and updates clearly and effectively.

Driving continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance team performance.

Marketing



Work closely with the Marketing & Social Media Co-ordinator to deliver content across platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn. Help ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and communications.

Skills & Experience



Proven experience in a graphic design role, ideally within property or architecture would be ideal however is not essential. Experience with Podcasts would be ideal however is not essential. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Strong proficiency in Canva. Ability to design for both print and digital formats. Strong understanding of brand application and visual identity systems. Experience creating content or managing assets for social media platforms. Experience in line management and/or leading a team. Excellent communication skills, clear written and verbal skills and ability to provide effective feedback. Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
