About Viewpoint
Viewpoint is a fast-growing business of 15 people based near Thame High Street. Our experience-capture video system enables people to share incredible moments at adrenaline-leisure locations - from go-kart tracks and ziplines to shark diving and supercars.
Our systems currently operate in hundreds of locations worldwide. We're a professional, agile, and innovative team supporting our clients in delivering memorable, shareable video souvenirs for their customers.
The Role
We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented, and creative individual to support a mix of long-term marketing projects and smaller day-to-day design tasks across the business. You'll work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to create engaging visual content, support marketing campaigns, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
About you
You're a versatile creative with solid graphic design and video editing skills. You enjoy producing high-quality visual content and working across both print and digital formats. You're confident managing your own projects, communicating clearly with different teams, and contributing to broader marketing initiatives.
Ideally, you have some experience in copywriting and B2B marketing, and you're always looking for better ways to present ideas and tell compelling brand stories.
Key Responsibilities
Design printed materials such as equipment guides, product brochures, tradeshow graphics, and branded documents
Create digital assets for presentations, sales decks, and website content
Edit promotional and instructional videos, including branded intros/outros
Support other departments with ad hoc design needs and content creation

Responsibilities
Manage and update content across digital channels (social media, website, email)
Coordinate tradeshow materials and logistics (print, digital, signage, etc.)
Design and build email campaigns in Mailchimp (graphics and copy)
Plan, shoot, and edit case study videos with key clients
Develop a content calendar for social media and blog/news updates
Research target audiences and propose new marketing tactics
Support the sales team with collateral for exhibitions and events
Requirements;
Portfolio of design and video work (digital and print)
Excellent written English and copywriting ability
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
Strong time management and project coordination skills
Comfortable working across departments and with external suppliers
Nice to have...
Marketing degree or relevant B2B marketing experience
Familiarity with the leisure or attractions industry
Filming/photography skills
Experience with tools like Mailchimp, Buffer/Hootsuite
Salesforce or CRM experience
Basic animation/motion design
Experience managing suppliers or external creative agencies
