Key Responsibilities



Work closely with the Marketing Manager to design and produce highly engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Ensure all marketing materials align with our brand guidelines Design a variety of content, including web banners, logos, print materials (e.g. leaflets), and more Occasionally assist with property photography (training and equipment will be provided) Meet deadlines consistently and manage workload efficiently Support with photo editing as needed (training will be provided)

Requirements



Proven graphic design experience A strong portfolio showcasing illustrations, branding work, or other creative projects Creative flair with the ability to bring ideas to life Proficient in design software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe XD Photography and editing experience is a bonus Strong attention to aesthetics and detail Excellent communication and time management skills Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team environment Friendly, professional manner Full UK driving licence and access to a car
