This is an exciting opportunity for a brand-focused designer to bring bold ideas to life and help shape visually impactful, on-brand content across the Rocal Group.
As Graphic Designer, you'll play a key role in designing marketing materials that strengthen brand identity, inspire customers, and support the commercial goals of the business. Working across our core brands (Endurance Doors, Endurance Aluminium, Endurance Garage Doors) as well as a selection of specialist B2B brands, you'll contribute to everything from print and POS to digital, social, showroom and campaign assets.
Reporting to the Senior Graphic Designer, you'll be supported to develop your craft and deepen your understanding of brand design. You'll be responsible for interpreting briefs, creating high-quality visuals, and ensuring your work aligns with our visual identity and messaging pillars.
If you're passionate about thoughtful design, brand consistency, and elevating everyday creative, this role offers the perfect platform to grow within a high-performing, collaborative marketing team.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborative Communication: Communicate clearly with colleagues across the marketing team - sharing progress, asking the right questions to clarify briefs, and responding to feedback constructively to ensure the best creative outcomes.
Print & Production Prep: Prepare artwork for print to a professional standard, including layout, resolution, bleed, and finishing specs.
Digital Design Support: Design web-ready assets including banners, landing page visuals, and email headers in line with UX and accessibility best practices.
Template Creation & Updates: Support the development and maintenance of branded templates for brochures, presentations, social content, and internal tools.
Creative Concept Contribution: Take part in creative brainstorming and idea generation - supporting the wider team with fresh visual approaches for campaigns, content, and brand activity.
Internal Support Materials: Design on-brand internal communication assets and templates - ensuring internal messaging looks as polished and consistent as our external output.
Visual QA & Proofing: Assist in reviewing final artwork for consistency, accuracy, and technical readiness across both digital and print formats--helping maintain high standards throughout.
Asset Management: Maintain a well-organised archive of working files and final artwork to support consistency, efficiency, and reuse.
