We are a fast growing B2B lead generation company helping small UK businesses connect with the right customers. As we expand our own lead generation brands and products, we're also preparing to offer marketing services to local businesses, helping them improve their websites, content, and digital presence. We're looking for a creative Graphic Designer to support our growth across a range of departments.
About the Role
You'll be the lead of all our design work, creator and protector of our brand from start to finish. Working closely with the Marketing team, you'll design assets for online and offline, print and broadcast assets alongside B2B and B2C business brochures, advertising, web graphics, infographics and a variety of other online and offline print-based design work. In short, you will be our in-house designer.
An eye for detail with an ability to produce and deliver projects is key and the right candidate will be given creative freedom, self-managed workloads and be able to use their own experience to shape our brands both internally and externally.
What You'll Be Doing
Manage creative content for several brands and clients
Manage and prioritise design requests
Design and production of print and digital assets
Design graphics and assets for a wider range of use from digital to video, from print to
Ensuring compliance with any existing brand guidelines, legal requirements, and industry standard for our internal or clients
Collaborate with internal and external partners on marketing projects
You'll be our design king/queen working alongside numerous departments to support. Wherever there is a graphic or a brand in place - you can treat it as your own.
Tools You'll Be Using

At Sales Fuel, you choose the tools that work best for you to do your best work. If you need it, just ask. We just hope, as a designer, you don't use Canva... but we know Canva is good for a quick edit!
What We're Looking For
Must have 3+ years experience in a Graphic Designer role.
Bachelors degree or equivalent in graphic design (not necessary but advantageous).
Understanding of print and design processes.
Advanced knowledge in their own software of choice (be that Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop or InDesign).
Strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise tasks with an ability to work to tight deadlines whilst under pressure.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent attention to detail.
Adaptability - Able to adjust to different design styles, trends, and client needs.
Excellent time management, able to manage multiple projects and efficiently meet deadlines.
Self-motivated - able to work independently and take ownership of projects.
Resilient and receptive to feedback (we're talking about amends here!).
The ability to turn a boring brief into a visual masterpiece portraying all the key messages requested.
We want someone who knows what they are doing. Someone who we don't have to check in on but is happy to elaborate on what they are doing at weekly meetings to the wider marketing team. The ideal person isn't shy to ask questions if they need help and is passionate about design.

Just so you know, there is no typical day working at Sales Fuel and we realise the above wouldn't all be in a 'typical day'. We have big plans that include new websites, new brands and our Graphic Designer will play a key part in this success.

Your base pay will depend on your level of experience, knowledge and skills and is up for negotiation but for this role, we're looking around the 28k-34k annum mark but negotiable for the right person.
