Our core business is Contract Candles and Diffusers which was founded in 1997 and is a leader in the manufacturer of luxury candles and diffusers for many of the world's leading luxury brands. We also have a glass printing and decoration business, and a direct-to-consumer candle brand in 'Lower Lodge Candles'. The company is built on traditional, hard-working, family values

The Role

This is a varied and fast-paced role ideal for a talented all-rounder. You'll work across the group's brands, producing high-quality visual content for both digital and print, while supporting the business's day-to-day marketing and longer-term brand development. You'll need a sharp eye for design, strong photography skills, and the ability to bring ideas from concept to rollout.

Responsibilities

Design and artwork for social media graphics and email marketing Creation of web and email designs that communicate our brand values and support commercial goals Photograph product collections including candles, decorated glass, and lifestyle scenes for use across e-commerce, social, and printed media Design brand documents and marketing materials including brochures, leaflets, and flyers Produce artwork for POS and various advertising and brand campaigns Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and reflects our identity across print and digital touchpoints Apply a strong visual identity across all communications, from compelling campaign rollouts to day-to-day assets Manage several design projects at once, consistently delivering to short deadlines and with a fast turnaround Adapt designs and artwork based on feedback from internal stakeholders, taking a collaborative and solutions-focused approach Contribute ideas in creative and marketing meetings; help shape campaign concepts and bring them to life visually Maintain organised design systems, file structures, and image libraries to support cross-team collaboration

Requirements

3-5 years' experience in a similar graphic design role, ideally across both print and digital formats Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar platforms Strong photography skills--confident shooting product and lifestyle content to a high standard Able to work quickly and calmly under pressure, with excellent attention to detail Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage feedback and tight deadlines

Desirable

Experience within luxury goods, interiors, or home fragrance industries Confidence styling products for photoshoots Basic video editing or motion graphics skills

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: 30,000.00 per year
