We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our fast-growing team in Diss, Norfolk. If you're versatile, experienced designer with a passion for branding, digital and print design, this could be for you.

As a Graphic Designer, you and your team will be responsible for managing and delivering all design projects across the group, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure creative work supports business objectives and brand consistency.
Working within a multifaceted and creative marketing department your role will involve leading the evolution and future development of the group's identity, branding and marketing.
You will have the ability to lead projects and work alongside and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities
Create high quality artwork for both print and digital media including:
Magazine and print advertising
Marketing collateral
Web banners
Infographics and vector artwork
Website and UI designs
Presentations and pack designs
Video animation and creatives
Social media graphics (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X)
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Communication will be core to your role
Other critical elements of this role include the ability to prioritise effectively as
well as to identify and champion business improvement opportunities, removing
any barriers to great performance.
Build and maintain excellent, value-adding working relationships with
immediate colleagues across the Lexham Group to explore new ideas and
developments alongside sharing best practice.
Any other duties commensurate with the level of responsibility of this role.
Experience and Requirements
Excellent accuracy, self-organisation and time management
Great knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience with UX/UI design tools such as Figma (or similar)
Experience with motion design using After Effects and Premiere Pro is preferred
Good knowledge of print and digital artwork production standards
Passionate about brand consistency and design excellence
Strong creative flair, innovation and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
