Travel Innovation Group Graphic Design Manager

Shift pattern:

37.5 hours per week between 08:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday. Hybrid - 3 office days (Friday compulsory), 2 work from home days.

Contract:

Maternity cover until February 2027

Salary:

Up to 27,000 plus dditional benefits

We're the foundation brand bringing together our three companies, Lime, Calrom & Aviate, all with unique services to the travel trade. This position sits within our central Marketing & Design team who look after an exciting range of brands.

This role sits within a cross-functional team of brilliant marketers and innovative graphic designers. We work with some pretty epic travel brands on clever campaigns as well as our own brand and comms plans, so every day is different and diverse!

The role:



If you are an experienced Graphic Designer, we have an exciting opportunity to make your mark and support our growth by showcasing our products and services in a brilliant and evolutionary way.

The Graphic Designer will work on the design and production of a range of marketing materials for multi-channel campaigns across our internal comms, airline campaigns and our technology products. The successful candidate will need experience in designing eshots, website banners, national press, digital assets, animations, social media content, exhibition stands, brochures, and sales collateral. Occasionally your scope of work will expand into outdoor artwork, brochures, event invitations, POS items, merchandise, and more.

Demonstrable experience in taking messages and showcasing them in an innovative yet simple way will be beneficial.

Tasks and responsibilities include:



Working closely with other members of the team to fully understand campaign objectives and actions desired across our airline campaigns. Producing on brand and innovative designs across traditional and digital channels for the brands within Travel Innovation Group. Developing an understanding of the Travel Innovation Group and strategic objectives across our brands. Storyboarding and producing animated videos & GIFs. Working within the brand guidelines for various brands/projects to ensure consistency of creative. Liaising with external print companies/other suppliers as required. Working closely with the Travel Innovation Group Marketing Managers, Design Manager, and wider team to deliver simple, effective marketing messages across a range of media. Working with creative briefs and interrogating them. Working on multiple projects during the same period. A/B testing creative comms to analyse success/failures, drawing conclusions, and applying learnings to future creative work.

The successful candidate will:



Minimum of three years' experience working as a Graphic Designer in a fast-paced, in-house or agency role. A great working knowledge of the full Adobe Suite in particular Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, After Effects and InDesign. Have demonstrable experience working on a variety of different creative projects across a range of channels. A curious and creative attitude, with the willingness to learn. A diplomatic communication style and great soft skills - we're all team players here! Basic knowledge of HTML is a bonus
