About the role:

This is a 12 month maternity cover fixed term contract position.

Reporting Manager - Faithfull Tools Design Manager



The position will play a role in supporting the visual communication and marketing needs of the Faithfull Tools brand. This position is for an individual with design experience, the role offers learning from experienced professionals, but the individual must have a strong understanding of the core programs and design principals.

The role helps bridge the gap between concept and execution, ensuring that every visual element supports the company's message and resonates with its audience.

You'll have a positive outlook that will help you thrive in the achievement of the following daily responsibilities:

Create engaging and on-brand graphics/images for digital and print media (websites, online platforms, brochures, flyers, promotions, exhibitions, email marketing, packaging, etc.), to ensure the company's products are well positioned within the market. Prepare and print artwork for packaging, display stands and products to hit working deadlines. Edit images, digital assets, and prepare presentations or update product information, to keep all information/data/images up to date removing any that are outdated. Collaborate with marketing and content teams, to support in the team meeting campaign goals.

What are we looking for?



Experienced graphic designer (2-3 years in an agency or in house position) A strong and varied portfolio of work, covering publications, packaging and content creation A keen eye for design aesthetics and attention to detail Strong communication skills and a team player Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines To be able to respond well to constructive feedback and amend work accordingly A strong portfolio of current work showing publications and other graphics Familiarity with design software and technologies (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Content creation and photography skillset would be advantageous Packaging design experience and examples would be advantageous
