Job Description

Graphic Designer

Salary

32,000-40,000

Simple Online Pharmacy is one of the UK's leading providers of weight management medication and holistic digital healthcare solutions. Specialising in the treatment of low-risk chronic conditions, we deliver patient-centric, convenient, effective and affordable care to hundreds of thousands of patients in the UK and internationally. To date, we have supported over 300,000 patients with obesity treatment and continue to innovate in the delivery of supported, scalable healthcare.

As the business continues to scale at pace, we are investing in in-house creative capability and are looking for a

Graphic Designer

to bring energy, ideas and speed to our growing Brand team.

What you'll be doing:

The Graphic Designer will sit within the Brand team, reporting into the Senior Brand Manager, and will play a key role in bringing the Simple Online Healthcare brand to life across all customer touchpoints. The opportunity is not only to deliver great design, but to be part of a transformational growth story and put a new brand on the map.

This is a

junior-midweight role

suited to a designer with strong foundations, high creative energy and a genuine appetite to move fast, experiment and build great work at scale. You'll be responsible for producing a high volume of creative across all channels (Packaging, Leaflets, CRM, Social, Web), while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and brand consistency in a tightly regulated healthcare environment.

We're looking for someone who is

AI-native by default

- comfortable using modern tools and techniques to generate, test and iterate creative quickly - but who also understands when craft, judgement and rigour matter most. You'll be a proactive team player, confident working with stakeholders, and comfortable challenging briefs to ensure clarity before work begins.

Main responsibilities

Own and maintain brand consistency

Support the development and application of brand guidelines and design systems, ensuring all in-house and agency creative is consistently on-brand, high-quality, and compliant across channels.

Deliver high-impact, multi-channel creative

Create a wide range of assets across digital and offline touchpoints (paid media, social, web, CRM, packaging, presentations and campaigns), balancing commercial objectives, brand standards and creative ambition.

Embrace AI-driven and modern creative workflows

Use AI and emerging creative tools to ideate and produce content faster and more efficiently, while maintaining strong craft, attention to detail, and continuous improvement in design quality.

Collaborate effectively across teams and agencies

Work closely with Brand, Growth, and external partners to deliver creative that drives performance, builds strong stakeholder relationships, and incorporates feedback and channel learnings.

Manage delivery, quality, and continuous improvement

Confidently manage briefs and priorities using tools like Jira, challenge unclear inputs, contribute proactive ideas beyond the brief, and continuously optimise creative to improve engagement, conversion, and reduce creative fatigue.

What we are looking for:

Experience in a graphic/visual design role

, ideally within a fast-paced, digital-first environment, supported by a

strong portfolio

showing high-volume creative and brand consistency.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and

Figma

, with the ability to collaborate, iterate, and deliver digital-first assets efficiently.

Experience creating static, motion, and basic video assets

across a wide range of

online and offline channels

, including web, CRM, performance ads (Meta, Instagram, TikTok), packaging, and print.

Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools

(e.g. Sora, Midjourney, Nano Banana), balancing rapid AI-driven output with strong creative judgment and attention to detail.

Highly organised, proactive team player

able to manage multiple projects in a scaling business, confidently using tools like

Jira and Notion

, and comfortable challenging briefs to ensure high-quality creative outcomes.

Please note that we are unable to offer sponsorship for this position. All applicants must have the right to work in the UK at the time of application
