We're recruiting for our creative team and are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join us. Fishing experience isn't essential but a genuine passion for design and creativity is.
We're looking for an experienced, confident designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll play a key role in delivering a wide variety of design work across digital and print, supporting campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. You'll also be expected to guide and support junior creatives, helping to maintain high design standards across the board.
This is a full-time, in-house role based at our premises in Newland, just outside of Hull. Salary is competitive and based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Create compelling and on-brand visual content for digital and print platforms, including social media, email campaigns, website assets, product packaging, and magazine adverts.
Maintain and evolve a consistent visual identity across all marketing materials for Sticky Baits and affiliated brands.
Work closely with the wider media and marketing team to deliver integrated campaigns.
Design in-store banners, packaging, and POS materials for retailers.
Contribute to content planning and marketing strategy discussions.
Collaborate with photographers and videographers to ensure brand consistency and high-quality visual output.
Keep up to date with design trends, marketing innovations, and relevant industry developments.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Provide creative guidance, feedback, and mentorship to junior designers within the team to support their development and ensure design consistency.
Requirements:
A creative portfolio showcasing a strong range of digital and print design work is essential, including packaging and website design.
2-4 years of professional experience in a graphic design role (agency or in-house).
Proven experience in supporting or mentoring junior designers.
High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Experience with After Effects or similar for motion graphics is a strong advantage.
Working knowledge of web design (WordPress, WIX, MailChimp).
Photography and/or image editing experience is desirable.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Must have own transport due to the remote location.
