About the Role





We are looking for a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our team as our first in-house design resource. You'll play a key role in delivering day-to-day design support across packaging, print, and digital channels, helping us elevate or service offer and develop our brands as we continue to grow.



This role is ideal for someone with around

2+ years' experience

, who is confident in artwork production and template-based design, but also has the creativity to bring ideas to life across campaigns and marketing communications, whilst staying true to brand guidelines.


Please note that whilst this role will be primarily based at our new Innovation Centre in Stoke Rochford, the successful candidate must be willing to travel to our main site in Old Leake, Boston as and when required.





Key Responsibilities




Artwork Production & Workflow




Interpret briefs and deliver design solutions, from concept through to final approved artwork Respond to artwork requests via our private-label service, accurately interpreting customer briefs and applying them across established design templates Manage multiple artwork requests simultaneously, ensuring delivery within agreed timescales and service levels Communicate progress clearly with internal stakeholders and external partners, keeping all parties informed throughout the artwork process Liaise with internal teams to understand requirements and translate product features into clear, effective visual outputs Ensure all artwork aligns with brand guidelines, technical specifications, and production requirements

Brand & Product Design




Create and develop marketing materials including brochures, catalogues, datasheets, flyers, and case studies Design and adapt packaging artwork, product labels and POS materials, ensuring all files are print-ready Maintain, update and improve on existing design templates and artwork files Support exhibitions and events with stand graphics, signage, and promotional materials Help maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints

Digital Content




Develop digital assets for web, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising Create clear, informative visual assets (such as diagrams and supporting graphics) for product manuals and installation documents

Skills & Experience




Essential




Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar in-house or agency design role Experience preparing packaging and print-ready artwork for production Practical working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) Confident working with existing templates and adapting artwork across formats and SKUs Good understanding of print processes and artwork specification. Competent in Microsoft Office for general formatting and file handling Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Solid layout, typography, and image-retouching skills with strong attention to detail Comfortable working independently as the sole design resource Excellent file management practises and version control practices

Desirable




Experience with exhibition and POS artwork Understanding of digital design best practices (web/email) Basic knowledge of motion graphics, video editing or digital animation
