Description

We are looking for a creative and forward-thinking Graphic Designer to join our in-house Marketing team. You\xe2\x80\x99ll have the versatility to take a lead design role in content marketing, internal comms and branding projects. You could be working on a social campaign one day then developing a brand look the next. The role is graphic design focussed, but responsibilities will also include managing other forms of marketing from time to time, such as Google Business, social media, and PR campaigns.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop all marketing output, including social media content, email marketing, point of sale material and other printed & digital materials.
• Create, schedule and post content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and more.
• Support coordinating nationwide events such as Free Skwishee Day & Bring Your Own Cup Day.
• Coordinating and producing PR campaigns within local, national and trade press.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
• Manage Google Business listings and update information.
• Liaising with external print and signage suppliers.

What do I need?

Essentials

• A proven portfolio of creative work within graphic design, either freelance or permanent.
• A good knowledge of Adobe CC programs: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• IT literacy and digital organisational skills (i.e., computerised file and folder organisation).

Desirables

• Basic video and animation production.
• Print production knowledge.
• Experience running ad campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Google Ads.
• Experience with writing copy.

• Work location: our Head Office in Kirkcaldy. Our working hours are 8:30 - 17:00, though there may occasionally be a requirement to work outwith these hours to support marketing national events or store openings.
