We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and focussed professional, who can provide professional and quality graphic design across various platforms and mediums.

This is an extremely varied role for someone who wants to really get involved with a wide range of clients and brands following brand guidelines and design briefs to create artwork for print and digital.

You will embody the agency's passion and attitude to get stuck in right from the start, working on in-depth projects from day one, utilising your excellent graphic design, web building and visualisation skills. You could be creating a new brand from scratch or refreshing an existing brand and building a stunning new website. Working with the events team you could be designing engaging invitations and taking a concept across an entire event to create stage backdrops and large format print, event guides and table literature.

You will play an important part in driving our company and clients toward new creative opportunities and simultaneously help to take our business to the next phase of its development.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or similar in a related field. Minimum experience of 3 years' employment in a graphic design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and printed design projects. Proven experience of creating engaging and impactful designs across multiple platforms and mediums.

Required skills and qualities

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign) Website building experience using Wix Studio Excellent working knowledge of the design fundamentals of typography, composition, and colour Awareness of the importance of a consistent brand message and tone of voice Excellent written English Great organisation skills and attention to detail Excellent computer literacy skills with Word, Powerpoint and Excel skills. Knowledge of WordPress, HTML/CSS desirable but not essential Knowledge of Adobe Dimension or other 3D software desirable but not essential Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects desirable but not essential
Essential Criteria

2-3 years' experience in a Graphic Design in a multi-disciplined agency or in-house environment You will hold a multi-disciplined portfolio, showcasing projects in all areas of Graphic Design including branding, marketing collateral, brochures, large format print, digital including social media graphics, and web design. A degree or equivalent in an applicable design-related subject
Essential software experience:

Design and art working processes/packages including Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator Microsoft Office Wix studio
Desirable Criteria:

Experience with Adobe XD or After Effects is also advantageous HTML/CSS, WordPress or similar Adobe Dimension or other 3D software Mailchimp or other similar digital marketing software
