Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of design principles and a passion for creating visually compelling content. This role will involve working on a variety of projects, from digital marketing to direct mail and printed material, ensuring that our clients' brand identities are consistently represented across all platforms.

Duties

Develop and design engaging graphics for various media, including print, screen, social media and web sites. Collaborate with marketing teams to create visually appealing content that aligns with market trends and brand guidelines. Submit design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback into final designs. Create animations and video content using Adobe After Effects and other video editing software. Maintain an organised library of design assets for easy access by team members. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, including AI to enhance design capabilities. Work with tools, predominantly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), to produce high-quality designs.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is essential; experience with After Effects is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively. Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. A qualification in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
