Job Description

We're a creative marketing agency working with brands across the construction, interiors, and lifestyle sectors - helping them grow through strategy, design, and content that performs. From social campaigns and video production to full brand builds, we create work that connects and converts.

We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life across both digital and print, with a strong eye for detail, a good sense of layout, and the ability to translate strategy into visuals that make an impact.

The Role

You'll collaborate with our existing team to design engaging, performance-led visuals for client campaigns and in-house projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Design social media graphics, ad creatives, and campaign assets for digital platforms. Create and develop brand identities, logos, and visual systems. Design brochures, pitch decks, and marketing materials for both print and digital use. Produce website visuals, page layouts, and supporting graphics, working with the team to ensure strong UX and design consistency across all digital touchpoints. Prepare design assets for use in WordPress or other CMS platforms (no coding required, but an understanding of layout and responsive design is important). Collaborate with videographers and content creators to ensure cohesive visual storytelling. Maintain brand consistency and ensure all outputs meet design standards and deadlines.

About You

You're creative, curious, outgoing, and driven by design that not only looks good but works hard.

You'll have:

Proven experience in a graphic design role (agency experience a bonus). A strong portfolio showcasing digital and brand work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite a must. Understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy. Good awareness of digital platforms and current design trends. The ability to manage multiple projects and hit deadlines confidently.
