Job Description

We are looking for an

experienced and versatile Graphic Designer

to join our team in Littlehampton. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our

marketing and content teams

, working on both our

monthly editorial publication

and

supporting design materials for our exhibitions

. This position offers the opportunity to work across

both print and digital mediums

, delivering creative assets at multiple scales.

About the Role



The ideal candidate will be someone who is eager to get hands-on from day one, developing their experience across a wide range of media formats. You will be responsible for designing

print publications, digital campaign assets, branding materials, event visuals, and more

. Across all projects, we want you to take the lead in driving the

progression of brand identities

, shaping both

existing and new

creative directions.

As part of this role, you will need to be a

confident communicator

, working across different departments, managing multiple deadlines, and ensuring a keen eye for detail in every project.

Key Responsibilities



Designing our monthly publication

and any related supplements in both print and digital formats. Collaborating with the

Head of Content

to deliver editorial and advertising layouts. Working with the

Marketing Director

and marketing team to create engaging

graphics for social media

and

digital campaigns

for our trade exhibitions. Designing

sales and sponsorship brochures

for trade exhibitions and award events. Updating and developing

brand identities

for both existing and future brands.

Liaising with clients

to produce magazine advertisements when they are unable to supply artwork.

Opportunities for growth

Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design

or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

in a graphic design role. Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite

(Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop). A

strong and versatile portfolio

demonstrating work aligned with the role's key responsibilities. Excellent

written and verbal communication skills

, with strong

time management

and

creative problem-solving abilities

Our Interview Process



Successful candidates will be invited to an in person interview with our Marketing director to further explain the role & see the office environment. From there you will be briefed on a short task that we will ask you to complete in your own time so we can better understand your skills and see how you would like to approach the work we do. All candidates will receive constructive feedback on the work submitted by one of our design team to ensure this time is valuable to all.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 23,000.00-25,000.00 per year
