Your Challenge We have an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join our growing team in SWARCO Smart Charging! This role is hybrid working 3 days in the office split between our office in London and Hemel Hempstead. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for translating ideas and concepts into visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand message. You will work across 3 brands: SWARCO Smart Charging, ChargePlace Scotland and PoGo. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a wide range of marketing materials, including digital graphics, print materials, branding elements, and other visual assets. The ideal candidate possesses a strong eye for design, excellent technical skills, and the ability to bring ideas to life through innovative and impactful visual solutions. Key responsibilities

  • Create innovative and high-quality designs that elevate the content and the brand, enhancing brand identity across various platforms and mediums
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, for examples sales and product, to deliver accurate marketing material and comms
  • Develop creative concepts, layouts and design elements for a wide range of marketing materials, including but not limited to digital graphics, pitch decks, print materials, ads and social media assets
  • Ensure designs are optimised for specific channels and devices, including web, mobile and print
  • Ensure all work adheres to brand guidelines and act as a champion of the brand internally
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering against specifications and requirements
  • Provide feedback and guidance to other team members on design projects, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment
  • Maintain an up-to-date library of design assets, templates and resources
  • Stay up-to-date with industry design trends, best practices and new design tools to continually deliver innovative creative

Your Profile
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Graphic Design, Visual arts or related field preferred but not essential
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • B2B and B2C experience
  • Proficient in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar
  • Experience in animation / video is desirable but not essential
  • Sound understanding of typography, colour theory, layout and design best practice
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present design concepts effectively
  • Ability to work independently and within the team
