Summary

As our Brand & Design Lead, you'll be the creative force behind everything visual -- from packaging to menus, social media assets to franchising brochures. This is a unique opportunity to own the brand identity, shape how our audience experiences it, and help us scale with confidence and consistency

Responsibilities

Evolve and maintain our brand identity across all channels Create assets that reflect our bold, modern, dessert-obsessed tone Manage and develop The Urban Chocolatier brand guidelines Design packaging for cups, boxes, labels, napkins, etc. Create flyers, menus, loyalty cards, window graphics, and signage Design engaging assets for Instagram, TikTok, email campaigns, and website Create franchise pitch decks and investment brochures Design branded materials for new store launches and internal documents Organise brand assets for use across franchisees and staff.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential. Experience with web design tools such as WordPress, HTML, CSS, and Sketch is preferred. Strong understanding of design principles and best practices for both print and digital media. Excellent communication skills to present ideas clearly and effectively.
