Graphic Designer

The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Graphic Designer to join our Sales and Marketing team, supporting both Portico and Genuine Dining. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys working collaboratively across multiple brands.

The role will focus primarily on Portico sales tenders and marketing support, while also contributing to Genuine Dining's tenders and wider marketing initiatives. You'll work closely alongside our Graphic Design team as well as Portico and Genuine Dining's sales teams to deliver high-quality, engaging materials that drive new business and strengthen our brand presence.

This position requires someone with excellent design skills, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to balance creativity with sharp design. You'll be instrumental in producing high-impact tender documents, presentation decks, and marketing campaigns that help us win new business and engage our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead on the design and production of appealing and professional tender documents and presentations for Portico and Genuine Dining. Collaborate with sales teams to design compelling pitch materials tailored to client needs. Manage and deliver graphic design, branding, and identity projects from concept through to completion. Support the creation of in-house marketing campaigns, including supplier activations, promotions, digital marketing, and customer engagement initiatives. Support with the creation of a centralised annual marketing calendar, ensuring alignment across hospitality and workplace spaces. Create monthly activations and supporting collateral for cafe operations. Design and produce menus, signage, and marketing collateral for both Portico and Genuine Dining. Support with our social media content and ensure websites remain engaging and up to date. Work closely alongside the Graphic Design team, supporting with the production of all materials. Essential Experience and Attributes

Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). A proven ability to design professional, creative, and brand-consistent materials. Hardworking, proactive, and highly motivated, with a positive and collaborative attitude. Able to work independently while thriving in a team environment. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver under tight deadlines. Excellent IT and communication skills. A natural "people person" with the confidence to liaise across multiple teams. Passion for creativity, design, and supporting business growth through visual storytelling.

Pay: Up to 38,000.00 per year
