F&D at Wimbledon are seeking a talented

Graphic Designer

to help bring our brand to life across every touchpoint -- from digital screens and print materials to website assets and internal communications. Working closely with the

All England Lawn Tennis Club

, you'll play a key role in shaping the visual identity of one of the world's most iconic sporting venues.

Purpose of Role:




As

Graphic Designer y

ou'll design across both

print and digital

, creating everything from pitch decks and signage to animated content, branded digital campaigns, web banners, and email templates. Your work will support teams across the F&D business, helping bring our brand to life at every touchpoint.


As a

brand guardian

, you'll ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all creative outputs, maintaining the premium standards synonymous with Wimbledon. This is a fantastic opportunity for a designer who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about producing world-class visual content.

Graphic Designer Key Responsibilities:



Design and deliver creative assets across

internal and external communications

, ensuring a polished, professional look. Create

high-impact pitch decks and lookbooks

that engage and impress stakeholders. Develop

animated and dynamic content

for digital screens and online campaigns. Design

website assets

, including banners, graphics, and visual content to support digital storytelling. Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to produce

internal communications, presentations, and seasonal campaigns

. Design and maintain

branded materials

such as signage, menus, marketing collateral, and training resources. Act as a

brand guardian

, ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines and meticulous attention to detail. Manage

artwork preparation and delivery

across print and digital formats, supporting photography and content creation where needed.

Graphic Designer Requirements:



Experience:

2+ years in a similar in-house or studio-based design role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality creative work.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in

Adobe Creative Suite

(InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); knowledge of

After Effects

or

Canva Pro

is a plus.

Versatility:

Experience designing for

both print and digital

, including web banners, email assets, and marketing collateral.

Design Expertise:

Strong

layout, typography, and proofing skills

, with meticulous attention to detail.

Communication & Presentation:

Confident producing

proposals, presentations, and brand-led materials

that engage and inform.

Organisation & Adaptability:

Able to

manage multiple projects and deadlines

in a fast-paced environment.

Portfolio:
