You Me Sushi is a growing sushi chain based in London. Established in 2008, we're now approaching 30 stores across the UK, with the majority run by franchise partners. We're fast-paced, ambitious and passionate about bringing fresh, great-quality sushi to as many people as possible.

The Role

We're looking for a versatile Graphic Designer to join our North London head office, working closely with our Marketing Manager and wider team.

This is a fully office-based role, Monday to Friday, where you'll be a key part of our brand and marketing output - from national campaigns to one-off requests from franchisees. Your work will cover everything from social media graphics and digital campaigns to packaging and in-store POS materials.

We're open to designers at different stages of their career - including graduates - as long as you have a strong eye for design, a solid portfolio and a real enthusiasm for creative work.

Key Responsibilities

Design campaign artwork for brand and promotional campaigns (online and offline) Create engaging assets for social media, email and web Develop and update in-store POS materials (menus, window vinyls, posters, table talkers, etc.) Support franchisees with one-off marketing materials and local store campaigns Work on packaging concepts and artwork in line with brand guidelines Prepare print-ready artwork and liaise directly with print suppliers and production partners Help build and maintain our central marketing asset library and templates Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and delivered on time

Essential Skills & Experience

Some design experience - this could be from a previous role, freelance work, internships or strong university/portfolio projects Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign Understanding of both digital and print design Confident preparing artwork for print (bleeds, crop marks, colour profiles, file formats, etc.) Ideally, some experience working with printers and production companies (quoting, specs, proofing) A strong eye for layout, typography and brand consistency Able to take a brief from concept through to final artwork Comfortable working on multiple projects at once and meeting deadlines Good communication skills - able to work closely with marketing, operations and franchisees

Nice-to-Have (Not Essential)

Basic motion/animation skills (e.g. Adobe After Effects or similar) Experience in retail, food & beverage or franchised brands Knowledge of social media trends and best practices Experience working in the food and beverage space
