The Role
As
Graphic Designer
, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality visual content across our print, digital and event portfolios. This includes the design and layout of monthly publications, media packs, sales collateral, digital campaigns, and event branding.
You'll work closely with our editorial, marketing and sales teams to ensure every design project supports the company's commercial and creative objectives, while maintaining brand consistency and visual impact.
Key Responsibilities
Design and produce
monthly magazine layouts
for both print and digital editions.
Create and update
media packs, sales brochures, sponsorship decks and event materials.
Develop
digital graphics
for websites, newsletters, social media, and e-marketing campaigns.
Influence the creative direction for
event branding
, including signage, stage assets, and promotional collateral.
Support marketing campaigns with
banner ads, promotional videos, and infographics.
Ensure all materials align with
brand guidelines
and maintain a consistent visual identity.
Collaborate with editors and commercial teams to produce engaging editorial and promotional content.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Contribute to the
evolution of brand aesthetics
and suggest design improvements that enhance engagement.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
Proven experience as a
Graphic Designer
(ideally 2-4 years) in publishing, media, or marketing.
Strong proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Excellent layout and typography skills, with strong attention to detail.
Experience designing for both
print and digital platforms.
Ability to manage projects from concept to completion under tight deadlines.
A keen eye for brand consistency and creative storytelling.
Desirable:
Experience with
Premiere Pro / After Effects
(video editing and motion graphics).
Familiarity with
WordPress , Elementor or CMS-based platforms.
Experience designing event branding or exhibition graphics.
Understanding of B2B marketing and audience engagement.
