Graphic Designer & Manager - Taylor Signs

Location: Honiton, Devon

Are you a talented graphic designer with a passion for great design, customer service, and getting things done efficiently? Taylor Signs, a well-established signage company in Honiton, is looking for a Graphic Designer & General Manager to join our friendly and hardworking team.

We're a sister company to a vehicle body repair shop, so you'll be involved in a wide range of signage projects - from vehicle graphics and shop fronts to general business branding. The role offers plenty of variety, creativity, and hands-on work.

Role Overview

Design Work:

Create eye-catching signage and branding using Adobe Suite software.

Customer Interaction:

Provide quick, professional responses to customer enquiries, manage projects from start to finish, and ensure client satisfaction.

Production & Proofing:

Oversee proofing and production, maintaining high quality and consistency across all projects.

Time Management:

Plan and prioritize tasks effectively to meet agreed deadlines and product delivery timescales.

Organization:

Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

What We're Looking For

Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Experience with large-format printing equipment. (Mimaki) Strong customer service skills and confidence in face-to-face communication. Excellent timekeeping and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Highly organized with a proactive, positive attitude and a team-focused approach.

Working Hours

Full-time

, weekdays (8:30 am - 5:00 pm), with some flexibility available.
