Planit is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team. The role is studio-based at our headquarters in Altrincham, Greater Manchester, but we'd also consider appointments in our Liverpool or London studios.

About the Job




Our teams of Landscape Architects and Urban Designers design an array of projects, and you'll have the agility to work across these, generating and bringing content together in reports, presentations, documents and consultation boards.


You'll not only collaborate with our internal Landscape and Urban Design teams, but with clients and co-consultants to confidently communicate via various mediums to different audiences. One day you may produce a document on behalf of a Council, and the next create graphical patterns to be etched into street furniture.


A strong understanding of how to bring content to life graphically through diagrams, infographics and mapping is essential.


You'll uphold our company brand guidelines through internal and external communications, creating engaging visual content for newsletters, our website and social media collateral.


The role is studio-based. There are opportunities to collaborate across and periodic travel to our studios in Gloucestershire, Leeds, London and Liverpool.

Requirements




To qualify for this position, you'll:

have gained a qualification in creative or graphic design, or have relevant experience. be proficient in the use of the Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop). Experience in photography, along with any other additional creative skills, is of interest to us. be highly creative, with strong attention to detail enjoy working as a team and in a collaborative studio environment be self-motivated, engaged, and resourceful

We support our team by providing benefits that include a minimum of 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, flexible start and finish times, hybrid and flexible working, company pension, enhanced maternity and paternity pay, support with professional fees, CPD, and an annual study trip allowance.


Salary: 24,600 - 30,000
