Full time: 5 days a week Location: Office 20 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas shut down 1 day additional day for every year of service Your birthday off 25,000 + commission 5% on all introduced retainer clients (paid a month in lieu) 10% on all introduced project clients (paid on full payment of project)

This is a rare opportunity to join a young, vibrant agency in Manchester city centre. You will be an integral part of the team - working alongside the Founder and Creative Director to assist on the delivery of live client projects and retainers.

Roles & responsibilities

Attend creative briefing meetings Direct project involvement for briefs / amends / feedback Come up with ideas that are inline with the clients brand Be up to date on trends and styles and know when to use them Be proactive and take an active role in the work being created Stay aware of the competition to ensure we are always striving for the best Promotional material Event materials Brochures & guides Signage Presentations Flyers Outdoor advertising Exhibition materials Business cards Social media assets Email campaigns Videos Merchandise

Technical requirements

Minimum of 1 years experience in a full-time creative role Proficient in Adobe and Canva An understanding of creating content for online and offline platforms Experience of working with printers and production houses
