Job purpose:
The Graphic Designer will play a key role in bringing Bruntwood's brand to life across a wide range of channels and projects. Working as part of our in-house design team, they will create engaging and impactful visual content for digital and print, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines while pushing creativity to deliver market-leading design. This role will collaborate closely with colleagues across marketing and wider business teams to produce assets that support campaigns, placemaking projects, and customer experiences.
What we're looking:
Work based graphic design experience is a must - ideally in a similar creative industry. Please make sure youattach your portfolioto showcase your work experience at the bottom of our website application form.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and InDesignis a must - any experience with Adobe After Effects would be a bonus
What you'll be doing:
Creation of high-quality artwork for digital and print
Working closely with the marketing team, building relationships to provide a seamless link from briefing to collateral creation
Working to Bruntwood brand guidelines, effectively managing stakeholders expectations and ensuring consistency across the portfolio
Able to work with minimal supervision, yet comfortable taking constructive feedback and direction
Maintain brand consistency and act as brand guardian.
Produce on-brand assets for various channels and mediums, including: email marketing, print & digital promotional materials and social media assets
This is a full time position, 4 days in our head office,

and 1 day working from home, therefore you'll need to be in a commutable distance.
