Overview:

We're on the lookout for a bright, enthusiastic

Graphic Designer with UX/UI experience

to join our growing in-house creative team. If you enjoy creating visually engaging, user-centred design across both print and digital platforms, this role is a fantastic opportunity to continue developing your skills. You'll work closely with designers and marketers, contributing to real projects from day one and helping shape intuitive, consistent user experiences. Ideal for a for someone with 5 or more years' experience. This is a full-time, office-based role.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the design, marketing, and digital teams to understand project goals, user needs, and business requirements Design visually engaging, user-friendly layouts for both print materials and digital interfaces Prepare print-ready files for brochures, packaging, signage, and other marketing materials Create and refine digital assets for websites, landing pages, social media, email campaigns, and internal communications Contribute to UX/UI projects, including interface layouts, component creation, and design system updates Apply UX principles such as usability, accessibility, and visual hierarchy across digital designs Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines while maintaining consistency across user journeys and touchpoints Support senior designers with campaign rollouts, artwork amends, versioning, and UI updates Manage feedback and design iterations efficiently, balancing visual quality with user experience Stay up to date with best practices in UX/UI, digital design trends, and print production processes

Requirements:

Some experience in a design or UX/UI role, or a relevant design degree Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Strong understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and interaction design Knowledge of usability and accessibility best practices Strong attention to detail across both print and digital outputs Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organised, and meet deadlines
