What does this corker of a job entail?

Our creative team sits within our Marketing Department. This role will report into our Senior Graphic Designer. The team have developed a number of award-winning wine, spirits and NPD designs for Kingsland, and for our customers. They support with everything from brand and product design, down to smaller amends to packaging or marketing materials.

This role can be part time or full time, dependent on preference and the salary will be based on a FTE and pro rata.

Your role:

Combining creativity and market insight you will create compelling label and packaging designs Take designs from concept to artwork, the whole process is controlled by you Amend and update existing packaging to updated specs or legality as briefed by our Product Management Team. You will become custodian of existing brands and their assets, continuing to ensure brand guidelines are adhered to and developing further where necessary. Working with members across the business to ensure internal communication is consistent and presented within brand guidelines. Working with our PR agency to produce engaging assets for campaigns and events. Creation of social media and digital assets Support on any creative requirements within the business.

Key Ingredients

Experience designing FMCG packaging, including producing print ready files required Highly creative Degree in Graphic Design or related subject Adobe Creative suite (Specifically: Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign) Competent user of Word/Excel/PowerPoint Knowledge of artworking processes to prepare for print, liaising with printers and advising where required Ability to multi-task and prioritise a diverse workload Self-motivated and disciplined Strong interpersonal skills and confidence to present work to wider business and customers Video / animation skills advantageous but not essential Knowledge of market and product desirable
