HTA Design LLP is an award winning multi-disciplinary design partnership of specialist teams working collaboratively in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, Interior Design, Sustainability, Planning and Communication Design.
Were looking for a Graphic Designer to collaborate with the Marketing team and colleagues across the practice to produce high-quality digital and print materials for HTAs campaigns and events. This fast-paced role requires strong organisation, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, remain composed under pressure, and engage effectively with people at all levels of the business. A key focus of this role is ensuring brand consistency across all visual communications, maintaining a cohesive and professional identity across digital, print, and event materials.
To be considered for the role the successful candidate will have:
A Graphic Design degree or relevant equivalent qualifications.
3-5+ years experience in a similar graphic design role, preferably within Marketing.
Previous experience working within an architecture or other design studio is desirable.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous graphic design work
A good standard of education, including excellent English language skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence and ability to communicate clearly with a wide range of contacts.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Affinity.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proofing, grammar and spelling.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong collaborative internal and external working relationships and to work alongside colleagues and clients to deliver innovative design solutions.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to tight deadlines.
Ability to use initiative and to work autonomously.
A creative team player with a high level of flexibility and the ability to work collaboratively and to respond proactively and when required.
Strong awareness of design trends and creative thinking with the ability to deliver quality projects efficiently.
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and problem-solving skills.
Good negotiation skills and ability to manage customer expectations effectively.
Flexible to work on a variety of different projects across teams.
A quick learner with the ability to understand the business and its functions.
