The Role

We're seeking a

mid-level Graphic Designer

with proven packaging design experience, a strong eye for detail, and an interest in

AI-powered tools

. You'll create packaging that is functional, eye-catching, and compliant, while also producing visuals across print, digital, and social platforms. This is a role for a designer who is both creative and technically skilled, curious about how AI can shape the future of design.

Key Responsibilities

Develop

packaging designs

that stand out and meet safety regulations. Act as brand guardian, ensuring all creative assets follow brand guidelines. Design across packaging, print, digital, social, and campaigns. Leverage

AI design tools

(Midjourney, Firefly, DALLE, RunwayML, etc.) to speed up and enhance creative output. Build templates/toolkits to support teams and partners. Collaborate with marketing, product, R&D, and creatives to deliver launches. Stay ahead of design and AI trends.

About You

Bachelor's degree in design (graphic, industrial, or related). Proven

packaging design

experience and strong design portfolio. Knowledge of consumer packaging regulations and materials. Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite

(Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, Lightroom); Da Vinci and CAD/AutoCAD a plus. Photography, video editing, and animation skills (3D a strong advantage). Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects. Strong English communication; Spanish/Italian a plus. Proactive, adaptable, and motivated; interest in health, beauty, and wellbeing is a bonus.
