Graphic Designer - Full time - 37.5 hours

Here's how your creativity and energy will shine day-to-day...

Build strong relationships with clients as their first point of contact with Signman, giving advice, product recommendations and prices. Understand the clients needs, liaise with customers to finalise pricing and see job through to the finish line. Liaising with clients over the phone, email and face to face customer experience - What we encourage & value as a business! Visual Design: Create captivating designs for a wide range of print and digital applications. Campaign Design: Create stand out marketing materials that reflect our brand ethos, ensuring visual and brand alignment across all materials, platforms and social media. Website Design: Design, build and host Wordpress websites on our VPS. Update and troubleshoot issues with client websites and emails. Print Management: Use our large and small format printers to produce printed vinyls, stickers, banners, posters, flyers and more, monitoring print output to ensure high quality images. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and maintaining high creative standards. Order materials and products through our trade partners. Keeping an eye on the best price and services offered. Flexibility: You will have core working hours, however overtime and doing what is required to get the job done during our busy season is imperative. Cross-Department Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork with our workshop and garment teams to ensure a smooth client experience across our product range. Adherence to internal systems and processes to ensure a smooth experience from enquiry to invoicing. Innovation: Stay informed on design and digital trends, and emerging technologies to keep our creative output fresh and engaging.

Key Essential Skills

2+ years experience in graphic design and illustration. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Strong Portfolio of previous creative work Familiarity with popular social media platforms.

Impressive skills we'd love to see but not essential

Experience with Signlab and Versaworks Proficiency in After Effects, and Premiere Pro. Experience in 3D modelling: produce scale model renders for event structure proofs. Motion Graphics: Add graphic elements, overlays, and animations to video content and digital ads to maintain campaign consistency.
